Is het materiaal 100% veilig voor mijn hond?
Absoluut. De gezondheid en veiligheid van jouw viervoeter staan bij ons op één. Al onze producten zijn gemaakt van hoogwaardige, niet-giftige en huisdiervriendelijke materialen. Er zitten geen schadelijke chemicaliën of scherpe randjes aan, dus je kunt je pup er met een gerust hart mee laten spelen.
Hoe weet ik welke maat ik moet kiezen?
Omdat geen enkele hond hetzelfde is, vind je tussen onze productfoto's een handige maattabel. Onze tip: twijfel je tussen twee maten of heb je een pup die nog volop in de groei is? Kies dan altijd voor de grotere maat. Zo heb je er het langst plezier van!
Is het speelgoed bestand tegen harde kauwers?
Onze producten zijn ontworpen om lang mee te gaan en kunnen flink wat hebben. Echter, geen enkel hondenspeelgoed is 100% onverwoestbaar. We raden aan om bij fanatieke kauwers (vooral pups met vlijmscherpe tandjes) altijd even een oogje in het zeil te houden tijdens het spelen.
Hoe houd ik de spullen schoon en fris?
We weten hoe vies honden(spullen) kunnen worden! Gelukkig is het onderhoud heel eenvoudig. Stoffen onderdelen kun je meestal wassen in de wasmachine op 30 graden. De overige materialen poets je simpelweg schoon met een vochtige doek en een mild sopje. Zo is alles binnen no-time weer hygiënisch en klaar voor gebruik.
Wat als mijn hond er niet mee wil spelen?
Honden hebben soms een sterk eigen willetje, dat snappen we als geen ander. Daarom geldt ook hier onze 100-dagen risicovrij proberen garantie. Kijkt je hond er thuis écht niet naar om? Zolang het product ongebruikt en schoon is, kun je het probleemloos aan ons retourneren. Geen risico voor jou!
